WHO IS PETROTRANZ
The Websites are operated by Petrotranz Inc., with a main office located at Suite 500, 703-6 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P 0T9 Canada. Petrotranz is a Calgary based technology company that has created a secure, easy to use, web-based communication and collaboration platform used to automate manual or inefficient processes in the energy industry.
We are committed to compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and applicable substantially similar provincial legislation.
By using our Website, registering for our services, or otherwise interacting with us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Petrotranz in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes set out in this Policy.
Pursuant to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we function in the capacity of a "processor" for the services we provide. The scope of applicable data protections and processing for those Services are set forth in contractual agreements covering the relevant data processing.

Petrotranz will destroy, delete, erase or convert your personal information into an anonymous form when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
WEBSITE AND SERVICE UPDATES
We occasionally send customers and users Website and service announcement updates. Customers are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the services which they have purchased.
We communicate with users via email, postal mail or phone to provide requested services and to make them aware of issues relating to their account.
We do not direct any Websites to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from children under sixteen.
